Meet Riverfront Park

Riverfront Park is a neighborhood like no other

Developed out of the ashes of an abandoned rail yard by East West Partners, it has been transformed into a thriving and sophisticated urban community. Commons Park provides a beautiful green space for enjoying 360 degrees of dramatic urban and mountain landscape. The plaza serves as a hub for activity, with shops and restaurants that cultivate a strong sense of community. And, the Millennium Bridge acts as the backdrop to it all – an iconic emblem of the area’s growth and vitality. In the early days of development, Slifer Smith & Frampton – Denver was formed as the sales team for the neighborhood’s 2,000+ homes. Now a real estate brokerage, the team at Slifer has sold every home in Riverfront Park at least once, resulting in a unique and powerful connection to the neighborhood that extends well beyond traditional real estate.
